The terms that apply to using this website and buying our reports.
Agreement
These terms govern your use of the website aivosity.com and the purchase of AI visibility reports and monitoring services ("Services") from Aivosity ("Aivosity", "we"), a company established in Spain. By using the website or ordering Services you agree to these terms. If you order on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
Our Services are provided to businesses and professionals. Consumer-protection rules for private individuals do not apply to business customers, but nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
What the Services are
Aivosity generates buyer-intent questions for a specified business, industry and location; sends them to third-party AI models; records and analyses the responses; crawls the customer's website and publicly available sources; and delivers a report containing mention rate, competitor rankings, factual errors, cited sources, a website readiness score and recommendations. Monitoring plans repeat this process at the agreed interval.
The Services measure and describe the behaviour of third-party AI systems that we do not control. We do not, and cannot, guarantee that any AI model will mention, rank or describe your business in any particular way, now or after you act on our recommendations.
Ordering, prices and payment
Prices are shown on the pricing page in euros, excluding VAT, and may change at any time; the price confirmed in writing when you order is the price that applies. Snapshot reports are paid on order. Monitoring plans are billed monthly in advance and continue until cancelled. You may cancel a monitoring plan at any time with effect from the end of the current billing month.
Invoices are issued in accordance with Spanish law. Late payments may be suspended from delivery until settled.
Customer obligations
You agree to provide accurate information about the business being tested, to confirm that you are entitled to have that business assessed (it is yours, or your client's with their permission), and not to use the Services to assess a business for the purpose of harassment, unfair competition or any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the report.
Delivery and revisions
Target delivery times are stated on the pricing page and confirmed at order. They are estimates; delays caused by AI provider outages, rate limits or changes to their services are not our responsibility, though we will keep you informed. If a factual error in a report is caused by our processing rather than by the AI models or the data you supplied, we will correct and reissue the report at no charge.
Refunds
If we are unable to produce a report, you will not be charged or will be refunded in full. Once a report has been delivered the Service has been performed and the fee is not refundable. Monitoring fees for months already delivered are not refundable; cancellation stops future charges.
Intellectual property
You may use your reports for your own business purposes, including sharing them internally and with your advisers. You may not resell reports or present them as your own analysis unless you are on an agency plan that expressly permits white-labelling. Our question-generation methods, analysis pipelines, report templates and website content remain our property. AI model names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify the systems tested.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Reports reflect responses captured from third-party AI models at a point in time. Those responses vary and may be inaccurate; we report them, we do not endorse them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aivosity is not liable for any indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from the Services, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service concerned in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or for matters that cannot be excluded by law.
Website use
You may browse the website for lawful purposes. You may not scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend access to protect the site or other users.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and material changes will be notified to active customers by email. Orders are governed by the terms in force when they were placed. We may terminate the Services for breach of these terms with notice; you may cancel at any time as described above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute goes to the courts of the place where Aivosity has its registered office, unless mandatory law says otherwise. Questions about these terms can be sent to legal@aivosity.com.
