GOOD TO KNOW
Prices exclude VAT. Spanish IVA is added where it applies, and EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism. You can pay by card or bank transfer. Snapshot reports are paid on order; Monitor plans are billed monthly in advance and you can stop at the end of any month.
A "business" means one brand serving one location or service area. If you operate in two cities or under two brands, that is two reports, or an agency plan. If you are not sure how to scope yours, tell us on the contact form and we will recommend the smallest option that answers your question.
If a report cannot be produced, for example because the models return no usable answers for your industry and location, we will tell you before we charge you.
PRICING QUESTIONS
Yes. If you upgrade within 60 days of your Snapshot, the Snapshot price is credited against your first month, and we reuse the same question set so your first comparison is meaningful.
If we cannot deliver a report we will not charge you. Once a report has been delivered, the work has been done and it is not refundable, but if something in it is wrong we will correct and reissue it at no cost.
Not a full report — each one costs us hundreds of live model queries. We are happy to send you a sample report so you can see the format and the depth before you commit; just ask on the contact page.
Snapshot and Monitor always include ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity. Additional or alternative models are available on agency plans.
